Station Square Wraps Up Successful Previewing Events

This past week was a busy one at the newly renovated Station Square presentation centre as the realtor and public previewing events began for 4670 Assembly Way, the tallest tower of our Metrotown development. On Thursday we hosted many great realtors from Burnaby and beyond, revealing the new display suites, floorplans, amenity details, and building models. From Saturday through Wednesday, the presentation centre was open to the public for previewing, bringing an incredible 1200 people through the doors over the very limited 5-day period. Visitors enjoyed first access to new presentation centre, as well as the first opportunity to register for sales appointments. An amazing 500 appointments were made during the previewing events alone.

Due to the huge market demand for a home at Station Square, something else was revealed this week: Station Square will also be releasing its next tower, 6098 Station Street, which will be available for purchase in the beginning of June alongside 4670 Assembly Way. In fact, the demand was so extraordinary and so far beyond our expectations that the display model for this additional tower was installed merely minutes before we opened our doors to previewers. Prospective buyers will now have the opportunity to choose from hundreds of additional homes, providing them with even more location, floorplan, and design options when purchasing their future home. The success of these next two towers at Station Square builds on the unprecedented success of the first tower, which essentially sold out in three and a half hours when it was released last year.

We would like to send a huge thank you to all the realtors and prospective buyers who came out to the Station Square previewing events this past week. Our team and our development partners, Anthem Properties, are very excited for the sales appointments to begin in early June.
